If you are on BIS its easy, just log on to you providers blackberry internet site, and it has instructions for step by step set up...

Try calling Rogers and get their blackberry webclient address....
Should be easy from there....

Click on Create New account

In the process you'll have the option to specify what email address you would like to add to it- enter your Yahoo email address and password.

You are done. It is that easy.

If you managed to create blackberry email address in the process- delete it.

As for Hotmail- adding it to blackberry is hit and miss. Try it anyway, the process is easy.

Yes it's that easy! I have done mine and all i did was put in the e-mail i wanted and it automatically started forwarding the e-mail to my phone. I was afraid I would have to use outlook or some program but none of that sort. Very easy.

I was under the impression that push button e-mail couldn't be done with hotmail on the pearl....I switched over to Gmail for this reason...

Hey bro, what do you mean when you say it being a hit and miss for hotmail? I dont know if any of this makes sense but i signed up on hotmail for messages to be forwarded to my phone #, is this the same thing as BIS?
I sent a test email to myself to see what would happen but i received a sms message stating if i want to see the hotmail message i have to reply to "m". Now since i linked my hotmail to my bb pearl, is it the same, i have to send a message back and forth to read my emails?
