My 8330 stopped connecting

Was working fine with my PC and desktop manager.. Now it connects starts to sync and then looses it connection.. Does this everytime and all the time..
I really do not want to wyoe it out again but affraid I am..
I have removed the DM 4.7 and re-installed it. Computer is a dual core 2 3.ghz, 4gb ram 500gb hdd and is ony 2 months old, blackberry has a 8gb upgrade card in it.. I am just syncing the calender...
Any Ideas?
