Hey i am new to bb but i am in the comm industry, i have a bb 8330 with bis, recently upgraded from 4.3 to 4.5, the data side of my bb stops working around noon, if i do a battery pull things start flowing again, emails, browser maps, etc. what do can i do to stop this, i have tried searching the board but i haven't found an answer yet.

its around the same time every day?? i would con tact the carrier and see whats up... that really weird

i say noon time, but that is just when i relize that my emails stop poring in, could be about 2 or so. it has been slow so i am not getting many emails at the this time

Please define slow. RIM should push your email about every 15 minutes or so. Is it taking longer than that? Are you sure there is email to be pushed to the device? Do you have a solid connection?

by slow i mean business is slow and i am not gettting many emails sent to me. when it is working it does push emails to me about 15-20 mins consitantly.

yea i have a good connection, yesterday i was in the office all day so the cell signal was the same strength all day.

when i was upgrading it said something about having to register the bb device on the wireless network. my bb does not have a wifi connection just the cell side, how do i register the device on the wireless network

it was registered before, and i even re-sent the service books from the bis site, and re-entered the mac address.

I've had very positive tech support from US Cellular. Give them a call. I'm sure they can straighten out your issue.

i have had mine do the same thing with my carrier.....but i just did a soft reset and everything was fine after that.....it usually happens everything once a month maybe less then that
