This morning, all of a sudden, right next to the signal strength bars on my Bold, there is a small box with 123 in it. 3G is still showing, and so are the bars.....

Any idea what this is?

Num/Alt lock (probably accidentally hit Alt-Left Shift). Hit one of the shift keys to remove it.

123 is the "alt lock" it will always use the ilttle symbols and numbers on the keyboard until it is turned off
