True that, but still about 1700+ users on the site, and that is what causes the sluggishness at the server, not overall web traffic.

It is much better today.

This last couple of weeks I have noticed slowness and sometimes the whole thing sort of dies for a bit. Then I looked over at my Comcrap modem and the little lights were no longer flashing. I did a study of this and realized that I have getting quite a few micro-outages every week in the evening. Normally, if this can be considered normal, the outage lasts from 15 to 50 seconds and then things return to normal.

In any event, some of the issues I thought were related to the forum are actually Comcrap problems. Didn't have the micro-outages when it was Roadrunner.

Anyone else having micro-outages on their internet connection?

No micro outages with my connection, but I have outages of this forum sometimes. Usually it's between 6:30 and 8:00 PM or thereabouts, PST.

I am told it is all being taken care of as we speak! BBF has been quite "snappy" and responsive this week.
