How do I resend service books.

Log into your BIS account on Cingular or T-Mo and there will be an option to resend service books. If you are on T-Mo you can also do this from your handheld by clicking on the 'setup internet email' link in the browser bookmark area.

This message is appearing beacuse you have installed desktop redirector on your computer - or synced your handheld w/ a computer that has this installed

if your not using redirector (it's supported only for Exchange) then modify your desktop maanger and choose "BIS" not "BES". Also delete all desktop service books from your handheld. And voila! the messages should stop

if youare using redirector make sure it's running and the computer it's connected to is online
