This reminds me of Black Friday kind of stuff. I just dont get it. I will get a Bold on launch day, but no way im waiting in an 80 person line for it. Even 10 person is too much for me. Just have to go and make friends with the local staff is all.

I am very curious about these numbers as well! it will be very interesting.

Let's see how fast AT&T's network starts having issues, I'm thinking this weekend might be a small problem child for them.

Perhaps the 'sos' codes people were experiencing prior were the tweaks to the system in preparation for the onslaught.

I was thinking the same thing about the SOS codes last night. I also hope that I'm wrong about AT&T having outages this weekend but think back to when the iPhone was first released and all the network problems they had before.

audit didnt they mess with the EDGE network last year though? haven't heard of them doing much tinkering this year.
