after the run-a-round with verizon tech support about resending my service books and battery pull which i told them i had done multiple times they finally admitted that they were aware of a service bulletin that told of email trouble with RIM. they "dont usually offer this info to customers" is what i was told when i mentioned multiple complaints from people all over the country. they "may offer compesation if we cannot resolve this issue".
I called AT&T during the outage yesterday and complained to the CSR about the every other day outage that happened these past two weeks. She offered $25 credit off my current bill which I told her I would take it for now until the next outage happens.
