Hi.

I'm in my SMS/MMS folder on my 8900 and as well as the normail symbols next to messages...ie the open envelopes for messages I've recieved and read, ticks for messages I've sent. But i've sent a SMS just now and the symbol next to it looks like a green sheet of note paper with a pen. Never seen this before and i don't know what it means. Any ideas?

Is it possibly a message that you began composing but never finished? If you open it, what does it show?

Think you're right. Just wrote a test message and "saved as draft" and it's showing the same symbol.
I wish there was a section in the instruction manual with a list of all the symbols. There's a lot of them and I don't know what half of them are.

Its a draft.
It means it has not sent.
If you had no signal coverage when you hit send, it would save as a draft.

actually no, if you send while out of signal coverage it will save as in queue... so when you get signal back it will send automatically... a draft is just that, a draft... nothing will happen with a draft until you act on it like editing it or opening it to send
