Is there an app for BB that is designed to make it easy to download files that you have the HTTP links for? I don't need to open them, just get them onto my media card so that I can transfer them to my Internet-less PC.

If you have used Linux before, what I am looking for is something like the wget command, where you say "wget <URL>" and it dowloads whatever the link points at. Of course, for the BB it would have a graphical interface.
