Default How To Use BB8520 as a Hotspot

Please Login to Remove!

I'm not technologically advantaged, so I apologise if I use the incorrect technical jargon, but I do hope someone can help me.

Is it possible to us my BB8520 as a hotspot for my iPad2 Wi-Fi? I have changed my browser on the BB to a hotspot browser, turned on the Bluetooth and the wifi. I then searched for a device, and my BB picked up my iPad. I then tried via Bluetooth from my iPad to connect to my BB. My BB tells me that my iPad is trying to make a connection, and I accept the invitation. I then get a message on my iPad that reads: Connection Unsuccessful: make sure (name of my bb) is turned on and in range"

What am I doing wrong, or am I trying to do the impossible?

Thanks in advance for the help.

It's not currently possible.

No current BlackBerry phone has the ability to act as a WiFi Hotspot.
