When did the posts per page go from 40 to 20.

I had my settings set to the forum default which use to be 40 posts per page. Today I noticed it was only 20 which seemed odd.

I went into my Control Panel and manually set it to 40 as that's what I am used to.

When was this change made and why? Is it to help speed up the loading times of the page. No biggie, just wondering.

I have had mine set to 100 and nothing changed, but you you are asking if the "default" setting was moved from 40 to 20?

Yes, the default setting is 20. This is to help speed up page loads from guests coming from search engines. You may manually change it to whatever number you like.
