This is only the 2nd time I used this site and wasted 20 minutes trying to find where I can post or rather how to... so bear with me please!

I have a user with a newly replaced Blackberry device 8320 (we are on BES) that used to be able to send VCards from his old device via Email. There are no limitations on our BES, but he cannot get them to go to external emails but can send to internal... any suggestions?

Gets this message, (IT is a valid email address, altered for this posting)
