No incoming SMS

Default No incoming SMS

Dear friend.. My onyx have a problem in receiving message.. I check with my operator, the simcard is ok.. I can send my sms, but no incoming sms at all.. Pls help...

Moved to the Help Section.

Try a battery pull on the BB. If that doesn't work, call your carrier and have them troubleshoot. SMS is generally a phone issue.
