Plain text issue in Firefox.
Forum graphics in chrome, but missing picture links.
EDIT: chrome lost graphical forum once I posted this post.

Re: Forum Issue = formatting
I have this problem with Firefox on a Mac.
EDIT: Based on the responses, my guess is that it is related to the CDN servers. I connect through cdn1. Midnight, which one do you go through?

Re: Forum Issue = formatting
I've no idea how to check.
From FF page info, media, the images that aren't appearing are coming from cdn1 and cdn2

When you attempt to open the main page, FF should show that it's trying to reach cdn(some number).blackberryforums.com.

wow, saw this thread and thought I was lucky because I wasn't experiencing the problems mentioned. I rebooted my PC and now everything is plain text in FF or Chrome.

Encountering the same problem here, look to be cdn1 that is the culprit.

Re: Forum Issue = formatting
For what it it's worth, I'm not seeing it on IE. (Don't use FireFox or Chrome or anything else, so can't test.)
I don't see dc's or devnull's avatar, not even the placeholder with error....just no avatar. But other than that, all looks the way it should.
EDIT: I don't see all of Sytner's avatar. See placeholder with red x, and the little animated things doing their thing.

Re: Forum Issue = formatting
If I go onto FireFox page info like MidnightDraven did I find that there are some images coming through from cdn1 such as the New Reply, Quote and thanks buttons etc.
Also when I check from my end there are no images coming in from cdn2 at all.

Just tried IE8 and it doesn't work either. I suspect the problem is not on the client side and if it works or not depends on when the client browser cache expires or clears.

Re: Forum Issue = formatting
The mobile forums are mainly text and css, so you are unlikely to encounter the problems people are having on desktops. The forum engine/software itself still works fine, it's just the media servers that are having problems.

Re: Forum Issue = formatting
..... Well, cleared cache, cookies, history, the works. Except for avatars, everything else look fine. And I don't get any avatars now, except part of Sytner's. And see the placeholder with red x where before I didn't see anything at all.
It's over my head. I don't know how to see what severs I'm using. Down in the status bar I just see waiting BlackBerryForums.com - BlackBerry Support Community Forums for the forum part of the download.

Re: Forum Issue = formatting
Any news on this issue? I'm finding it rather annoying to navigate it like this.
