In coming call connects answer then about 10 seconds it beeps then drops calls FOR ON

In coming call connects answer then about 10 seconds it beeps then drops calls FOR ONLY UNKNOWN NUMBERS. There no fail disconnect call on call screen it just returns to home screen.
This only happens for unknown callers. Talk to my carrier and they said it was my phone.
The battery pull only works once for one unknown caller but the next unknown drops call
