Good morning All. I am relatively new to the BES world and currently learning from scratch. I have com across an issue with one of our users. we currently have BES ver 4.1 and one of the secretaries to the higher ups needs access to her bosses Email and Calendar sent directly to her phone. both are on the BES for their own Emails. my question is if it is possible to have more then one Email account sent to the blackberry with each one showing the calendar on the phone? IE like palm pre can have multiple exchange accounts each with its own color coded calendar. I know we can set up the black berry to get email from OWA but whats more important is the Calendar; we need it to sycn when ever she makes changes or he updates it from his own. Any help in being pointed to the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

PS: Will upgrading to the newer version help solve these issues?

Each device can only have 1 account on the BES.

I have a similar situation where users need access to another user's mail as well. To achieve this, I have a Notify Link server. That keeps everything separate. It creates an icon on the device and the second account is in that icon. This is not a cheap setup, but suits the user's needs.

Ah i see. how about Multiple Calendars? is that at least possible? to sync more then one calendar from different accounts on the same BB?

Ex: shes has her own outlook calendar as well as her bosses all sent to the same phone. so shes can edit it wireless from her blackberry or desktop and show up across devices.
