You don't have to forward your comast email to your bb email. Go to mytmobile.com and log in. Go to the communications options and you'll set up your email from there. BIS will poll you comcast account every 15 minutes or so and sent it to the Pearl. Works great on mine. If I delete it from the Pearl it deletes it from the comcast account.

Are you getting email to your "name@tmo.blackberry.net" account? Send one to yourself. If that doesn't work, resend the service books from the mytmobile.com site.

I have setup my account and the tmobile site says it ok but when I send a test email it is returned.

Try resending the service books. Then once that is done, pull the battery and let it reboot. Then reconfigure the email account. If that doesn't work, take the phone back to TMO.

Well I swapped out the phone at Tmo and it still isn't working

I can't send an email from the phone, can't recieve emails at my tmo.blackberry.net address and am having no emails pushed to the phone. I have configured everything on the Tmo BIS website and sent the service books. The phone says email is not configured but I did it through the setup wizard, is there another way?

You did it through the setup wizard on the phone or you did it on Tmob BIS site?

Do you wanna try delete the comcast email service from BIS and redo it again? I setup a comcast.net a/c for a friend on the net, she didnt get any email for the first 2 days "instantly", about 2 days later till now, she gets all her emails pushed to her phone instantly.

Same as for my phone, I have gmail and yahoo. My yahoo email always delay for a few hours for the first few days, and now I am getting instant push.

For some reason, I think the server has some attitude problem, you need to give it some times to get use to your email.

After a trip to the Tmob store it seems that one of my features wasn't completely enabled. Zack (the guy who sold me the phone) called tech support and got it fixed for me. I was already there for a 2 mem cards for me and the wife so I figured why not have him talk to tech support for me!!!

Tmob rocks as far as cust service goes!!!! I got 36 emails all within 2 minutes
