Please van someone help me..!!
I've got a Bob torch replaced the whole front, so lcd digitizer etc.
Now the digitizer is not working and the lcd is giving me weird colors like negative. What's the solution?

Did you replace the LCD with the same number BB. Was it a OEM replacement or a knockoff?

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer. Replacement part made by the manufacturer of the original part.

knockoff = aftermarket. Replacement part NOT made by the manufacturer of the original part.

Re: the digitizer, you likely didn't get it plugged in properly before reassembling. Try again.

Re: the LCD, as tsac mentioned above, you have to get the same part # as the one you are replacing. BBs unfortunately will often have more than one LCD part #. "The blackberry torch 9800 LCD screen is currently available in two versions: their codes are respectively LCD-26252-001/111 and LCD-26252-002/111. These two versions are not compatible with each other." This and much more from this website. You need to compare to your old LCD. If the numbers do match, it is also possible you just got a bad LCD.
