Default Hotmail integration?

Anyone heard if Hotmail is ever planning a true integration similar to what Yahoo offers now?

The Yahoo immediate delivery is great, but I'm not certain it's enough for me to change over from my long standing Hotmail address.

Wirelessly posted (Cingular 7130c: BlackBerry7130/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

I don't think Microsoft would want to fully integrate. They're too money hungry and they want evetone to pay for the premium account, and even then I'm sure they want everyone on a windows mobile device. I don't are them helping blackberry users if they don't have too.

I use a hotmail plus account... mostly so i can get my email in outlook - but have noticed recently that it is fully integrated with push email and sync. anything i send is reflected in my sent folder in outlook and through the hotmail website.

I set a browser bookmark to the MSN Hotmail minimal interface.

Thanks. You're probably right that MSFT will use Hotmail to leverage its handheld market and take on RIM.

I guess I was just hoping the pressures from Yahoo, Google et al would force them into wider offerings.
