I swear I read this somewhere, is it true? Or was I dreaming... I have looked everywhere and can not find where I read it. Please tell me it's true...with the camera too...

I am sure it will make it to Verizon one day, but not soon. STRONG rumor has it that it will land at AT&T/Cingular first, in about a week.

I did read that AT&T would get it first... but I'm so convinced I read Verizon was going to offer it also, this summer...but since I can't seem to find it again ANYwhere I must have dreamed it.... Thanks

Verizon is releasing the 8830 this summer. Maybe that's what you're thinking of.

There was something floating around a couple of weeks ago about the Pearl getting released on Verizon towards the end of May.

8830 teaser has been up for 2 weeks on the Verizon Web Site. Launching for business to business first in the middle of this month (around May 17th) then it will be released to the stores between May 28th- 30th. Business to Business gets a 2 week jump on it!
