I recently updated from a 7105t with Tmobile to an 8700 with Sprint and I am missing many features. Help!
1. When you are on a call and another call comes thru, when you answer the 2nd call there is no call log on the screen to show who is holding
2. There is no hold button when you are on a call to place the caller on hold
3. There is no "join" feature.
4. The 3 way calling is very difficult to use
5. No ability to send a picture without emailing it (no direct MMS)

Anyone that is using this phone please give me some advice on making the transition easier.

Ihave all those features on my 7100g. I'm not sure yours don't show. Try going to Phone, Options, General Options, and see if Call waiting is enabled.It sounds like it is if you are getting 2nd calls. Click the trackwheel to HOLD call, or if 2nd call is waiting to JOIN, SWAP.
