Hi everyone!
I have tried to find any post regarding the above issue for days but I have not been able to find anything that would help.
I have a BB Pearl 8100, on T-Mobile, a Pharos iGPS-500 bluetooth GPS and would like to use them together...
Tried using it with any program.... Blackberry Maps, Google Maps, Nav4All.... no luck! The only app that does sync (sometimes) with the GPS is Blackberry maps, but it crashes after I try doing anything, like calculate route or pinpoint my location.
The errors vary from 'Error in connecting to bluetooth", to "Uncaught exception.... ".
My BB has the latest software versions (from T-Mobile)
The only app I was able to get to work so far is Telenav... but I don't really want to pay $10.00 / month for it.
I have checked toe APN address and it is set properly.
Has anyone been able to pair these and use them without any problems?
Any suggestions?
