The one thing I still miss, unless its an option set, is when I open an Email from Pocketday, and it says "Pocket Day" E-Mail at the top, when I click the trackwheel, DELETE has been removed.

Default Ver 4.22 bad?

I just tried to load it on my Pearl (4.22) today and I am getting bad things.

On re-boot the screen stays white and locks up. I power down with the end call button and power up. Then the white T-Mobile screen stays on the center part of the screen. I am able to remove the program with the desktop APP Loader and everything returns to normal.

Anyone else getting this?

(sent to Cross River Systems as well)

I am having the same problem with my Pearl (Rogers), except that I make it through to the BB menu screen, but it freezes at this point. I really like the software. How do I fix this?

Please help!

With the help of their support I got mine to work. You have go to Options->Security Options->Application Permissions->

Find and select Pocket Day. Click the menu and select EDIT PERMISSIONS. Change the three settings at the top to ALLOW

Worked for me

Good luck

Yes but there are two downloads-One for 8100 and the other is for everything else. I made the mistake of downloading the 8100 version onto my 8700c and got all of these weird errors. Then I figured out as usual it was operator error. Be sure you are downloading the appropriate link to your OS. That should clear everything up for you.

Winston S...you have both the WAP and regular versions installed. Delete all and re-install the correct one.

All, just posted a small update to 4.22...7-Day weather has the proper header and now the Date on the Calendar label has the day of the week. No version change.

I understand that. Both times I downloaded the version for Non-Pearl/8100.

The second time I installed I deleted pocketday from my device altogether and still get the message above.

Did anyone else with an 8700g successfully install the new version?

I just deleted Pocketday (regular version) but Pocketday (WAP) still shows in my application menu.

Default Fonts?

Anyone have any idea why I can't change my fonts? I make the changes, click save, then save settings and they don't take.

UPDATE:

Never mind. It seems you have to save using the BB menu button left of the trackball.

All is well.

Carry on

Winston...Delete ALL versions of pocketday...go to Modules from the APP menu and delete all modules that begin with PD.

Then re-install (WAP/non-wap have nothing to do with the pearl/non-pearl version).

When I open an email in Podketday and then try to Reply to it, it will not do it. It just ignores my selection of "Reply." I have to exit PD, go to the email from the BB interface, then Reply. Is there a way to Reply to emails in PD.

Knocka, you must be running BlackBerry OS 4.1. Use this link:

Not sure what "pocketday" is. Is this a program already installed on all blackberrys, or does it include extra software that I would need first?

Sorry for the newbie questions, I'm definitely still learning!

Any help is always appreciated.

i downloaded the new version of pocketday yesterday and everything seems to be fine.. my only issue is when you go to my news and open feed. the preview pane seems to small and cuts off the article.. only if you scroll down to the last article you are able to go into the preview pane and scroll down and read
