Question tethering my BB9780 to Ipod 4th gen

Please Login to Remove!

I have done a forum searcg but couldn't find the answer to my quaetion, so here goes!

I have a Bold 9780 which is unlocked.
I also have an iPod touch 4th gen - which I have to admit is pure brilliance (unlike the iPhone!!!! *he sits & waits for the backlash from iPhone users*)

I am told that it is possible to tether my BB to the iPod allowing it to use the phones 3g data plan to access the internet.

Bearing in mind I'm not a techie (small words only please), can anyone pass on some advice on how to do this please?

Thank you.

We have a thread in the FAQ section on tethering, but I have not heard of anyone tethering to an iPod. Not sure it is even possible.

I see some half baked tries at this on the net. You could google your question and take a look at them, but they don't look very promising.

I have had a look on a ipod site that makes reference to tethering, but couldn't understand a damn word they were talking about. I was hoping someone on here could help.
