Run the application loader again and check the check box for documents to go.

not problem jsut make sure you register and check for updates so you get "sheets to go" for spreadsheets.

ok , so i remember hearing that their were a few issues with the ringtones...it it's jnot just the ringtones, but anything that is played through the speakers sounds "tinny", but no big deal....the one thing that i am dissapointed with is the html email support, which isn't there.

Has anyone else done the .101 os on VZW and been able to view html email? When I go into the email settings, it only allows me to turn the html on and off for my BES account, not my other internet mail accounts.....

Other than that, the bb browser is much faster, i like the new "look" of everything, i like the Docs ToGo, I like the voice recorder

4.5 fixed the speaker volume for me.... Do a battery pull

To see HTML email resend your service books from your BIS site..

once on 4.5.0.101, go into your Browser Configurations and change the following settings
Internet Browser:
Check the following:
Prompt to enable JavaScript
Support HTML Tables
Use Foreground And Background Images
Use Background Images
Support Style Sheets
Show Images: on WML & HTML Pages
Emulation Mode: Microsoft IE

General Browser: Internet Browser

When opening a email from one of your POP email account that has images:
Once you open the email select the BBflag button and then select "Get Images" your BB may ask "downloading internet images" (yes/no). Select Yes and your HTML email will be downloaded with all the inbedded pictures.

Please note HTML emails is supported with OS 4.5.0.101 for POP email accounts, your Corp BES must have SP6 to support HTML emails.
