What error do you get? Is the BES still "holding" your old PIN?

You may have to delete your BES account then re-activate so BES sees your new BB PIN.

The BES does have the Pin for my new phone. I can send a new message and forward a message, I just can't reply.

what error do you get? your IT group need to verify your user name (AD) is not part of any Admin Windows Admin group Microsoft applied a "patch" few years back and this caused issues sending new messages from your BB via BES.

resolve the issue by following kb912918
1. Start the Active Directory Users and Computers management console.
2. On the View menu, make sure that the Advanced Features option is selected. If this option is not selected, the Security page will not be visible for User account objects.
3. Open the properties of the user account that owns the mailbox.
4. Click the Security tab.
5. If the account is not already in the list of group or user names, add the account that should have the Send As permission for this user.
6. In the Permissions box, click Allow for the “Send As” permission for the appropriate account.
7. Click OK.
8. Restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service on the affected Exchange server.
