Hi Good day,

I need help.
I downloaded wallpaper on Bold9700, after activating the wallpaper my phone freezes, I can't open any folders. I repeatedly reboot it, remove batt and once it open same thing happen it won't allow me to click anything. What I did I open my BB using USB in the computer, I deleted those folders which I thought can help. When I turn on my BB it shows Java.lang.error message and uncaught application error. Same thing it freezes everything. Need help on this. Please help. I just want to wope out everything. Want to remove all apps and started over again, how can I do this using shortcut keys? Please help.

How to do that? I keep pulling out the batt and it will restart however once I am on the screen I can't click anything.

If your sure it is the cause of a new theme you loaded, try deleting it via desktop manager. look in the applications list and delete it. Make sure you delete the one you added.
Failing that I would use Motorcycle Mama's suggestion.
