I just bought a Blackberry 6200 and the posting incidated that it was a "T-Mobile" blackberry... I currently have an account with Nextel (Sprint) and I was wondering if I can use it with them as well... any ideas or thoughts???

Not possible. Totally different wireless protocols. T-mo is GSM, Nextell is IDEN and I believe Sprint is CMDA, or is that CDMA.

Nope, no service providers offer pre-paid blackberrys service.
