Email reconciliation on Web Client

I just got a message that my Web Client email was full. I was suprised to see that all of the email was even there. I have my BB Email Reconciliation set to: Delete On: = Mailbox & Handheld....Wireless Reconcile = On......On Conflicts: = Handheld Wins.
I thought when I delete my email from the BB it will automatically delete from Web Client. When I went ahead and deleted 99% of those emails (without thinking)on Web Client moments later I was shocked to see my BB messages were empty...AAHHHHHH. This worked in reverse of what I expected. So,
1) How do I set my BB and Web Client so when I delete email from BB it deletes from Web Client automatically?
2) Can more space be purchased on Web Client? It seems some attachments will quickly eat up the 10MB allowance.
