Hi people i have a Blackberry 9700 bold the battery run right down and it did say battery too low for radio use i now know why it does that's fine but once it went 100% flat and i put it on charge and turned it on my screensaver and ringtones and a fews bits when back to the way it was when i open the box when it was new why does it do this and how do i stop this ... thx

I <em>think</em> you're asking why your BB was reset to factory settings after the battery ran down.

If that's correct, it's unusual and should not be happening. Maybe you hadn't saved settings? (dunno how, though).

Is this happening every time it runs out of battery?

it's just the screensaver and ring profiles that go back once the battery as run fully out of power ,,,,,,what can be done

It's not good for the battery to let it run down that low. If at all possible try to avoid doing that. There are a bunch of good battery saving tips that might help you get the most out of a charge. Check out this FAQ: http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.p...m_Battery_Life

Does the same thing occur if you pull the battery out?

PULLED the battery out and this time only the screen pic change why would it change settings once the power goes

Maybe you not know why phone change the settings when power goes or battrey is taken out . maybe you just like fight
