My 3 month old Curve from AT&T all of a sudden would not charge from the wall charger. It does still charge from a car charger and when connected to my computer. I went to the local AT&T store and they said to call "Warrenty" and they would send a new one. When I called I was told they would send another Curve but....it would be a refurnished one....used! I have no choice, either keep a defective one or trade it in for a used one...doesn't seem right. Now I will have a 9 month warrenty on a used Curve.

Ummm...have your tried a different wall charger? I am calling a bad charger not a bad BB!

Yes. I tried 2 at home and one in the AT&T store.

Odd that car and usb charge but not the wall! Did you try a different outlet?

I would check to make sure that the pins in the USB port are all laying flat and in their "grooves" if one is bent back it will prevent. You can using a bent PIN to pull it back out and press into the groove. Did this on my wife's phone. Much better than entering the refurb "Lotto".

What USB port? The little one on the phone? So small! How do you see??

If you angle it in bright light you should see 5 copper wires. Actually you should be able to see them in the holes at the end of your port on the device. If you don't see copper in all of the holes one is bend back and you need to pull it out and place it back.

Thank You! I had one wire raised up a bit....I lowered it and voila..it charged!
