Exclamation BlackBerry Lockdown!

Please Login to Remove!

Dear BlackBerry users,

I was given a BlackBerry Bold for my birthday to replace my very battered and old phone. It's been a disaster since day one.

Unfortunately, O2, T-mobile and Three do not support my BlackBerry Bold 9000 on Pay as you go (I'm not old enough for a contract). When I first had it I managed to get the Internet to work by using Opera Mini. But the main web browser and the app store and of course the email system didn’t work.
After a firmware update The BlackBerry worked out how to truly block me from the Internet. I've moved to T-Mobile and three (tried them both) and managed to restore access to the Web Browser but all other Internet applications don't work.

From what I've learnt BlackBerry’s seem to allow features to work by using service books. I've checked the service books when I put in a new sim and connected to the network but I don't know if there are the rite ones.

I'm asking if you can help me route all of the information through the Internet (I've got the Internet as an add-on from O2&Three so no worries there). I don't know what I need to do but maybe creating artificial service books will help so the BlackBerry stops locking itself down.
If you need clarification or more details on anything don't hesitate to ask.
Thanks for any help.

Yes, that should do the trick.
Google for the following service books:
Desktop [SPLENDA]
Desktop [EQUAL]
Desktop [SWEETLOW]

;)

Welcome to the forums!

You won't get full functionality without a BlackBerry data plan, unfortunately.
