I just got my Storm a few days ago and for some reason when I go to media sync it ask me to connect my device even though it has my device pin.

Everything else seems to work other than that.

Has this happened to anyone else? And is there a way to fix the problem?

What of the desktop manager are you running?

Try doing a windows update, Media Requires .NetFrameWork.. Can't remember which version though..
