Default Email account keeps sending the same emails

Please Login to Remove!

I keep getting the same 11 emails sent to my handheld over and over. It only happens with one account. They are emails from as far back as March 20 to now. It's an account that I seldom use so there aren't a lot of messages to deal with.

My B.I.S. login is on my office computer so I can't delete the account until Monday. Anyone hear of or experience this problem? This started yesterday and has done it three times.

Yea, I had a friend a month ago receive the same message about 400 times in 3-4 days.

You can delete the Service Book for that account from the BB at Options > Advanced > Service Books. Often (usually) the service book will be pushed back after a reboot (pull the battery, hold a minute, replace, reboot). If not, send it from your BIS as you know mentioned.

You can login to your BIS account from any PC.

Thanks for the fast response. The password for BIS is stored on the office computer.

Suggestion: Use the Password Keeper.

I do, I just don't have that particular one in it. I do the BB stuff mainly from the office.

Thanks!

But what if you removed it after being inspired by John Clark's memory optimization thread???

Also, you should be able to resend service books directly from your BB. Use the Setup Internet Email icon on the home screen.

My experience is that the SB will get pushed back if you delete it and reboot.

you might need to do a HRT register at Options > Advanced > HRT > Menu > Register

Still doing it. While the specific email folder is gone, it is delivering them to the Messages folder.

Any other suggestions?
