Hey Gurus,

I have upgraded OS's on my 8120 now and then and a while back I stopped installing tasks and bbmessenger. But now I want them back, but it seems when I upgrade or add applications etc, they aren't there to choose from. What do I need to do to get them back? backup third party apps and then do a wipe and then upgrade, then manually enter all settings and so forth, then re-add third party apps? seems like when i just backup the whole device before upgrading it just puts it all back without asking what I want or don't want. am I just smokin somethin er?

any thoughts?

If u have the newest Device software, it should show under add/delete apps (or whatever it is) on the far left
