Should the 8830 be removed from the 4.5.0.97 list on post #1? I see the 4.5.0.97 OS for the 8330, 8130 an 8820 online all over the place but nothing for the 8830.

Is there anyone confirmed running 4.5.0.97 on an 8830?

Just because it's not on Rapidshare or wherever doesn't mean it doesn't exist. If it's on the list, then it's confirmed.

Where can I get 4.5 for GSM? Haven't found it anywhere. Thanks in advanc for helping a frustrated Grandma.

Just an FYI. I installed 4.5.0.97...upgraded from .89 & had issues with all of my music showing up in music player. I had a 16gb card, & even tho my mp3's were on the card, the ID3 tags weren't displaying. I deleted the bbthumbs.dat files, battery pulls, etc...but nothing. I downgraded back to .89 & all my music re-appeared.
