I have BES 4.0.3 w/ Exchange and BIS and when I look at the Inbox folder tree, it looks like this:

Webclient
Webclient
Inbox
Draft
Sent
Trash

Why do I have two webclient and how do I fix this?
Isn't there supposed to be a BES entry here somewhere?

You can only see and file a BES email in a BES folder, and you can only see and file a BIS email in a BIS folder. You cannot see the entire file tree when filing a message. You see the entire file tree when selecting a folder to view.

The list above is your BIS file tree. Mine looks the same on my 7100g (double Web Client) and works fine for filing.

If yours is not filing properly, however, click HERE. In particular, check out instructions in post # 6. Worked for someone else earlier this week.

Ah, I see... I just thought that it was weird to have a double Webclient listing... I guess it would be nice to be able to file messages from BIS to BES.. Oh well. Thanks JT!
