I've searched and searched, tried some solutions, but bottom line is, I get "red-x'd" every time I reply or send.....I'm using a Nextel 7520 (same prob with 7510 Nextel upgraded to see if could solve), desktop redirect with outlook exchange server....I've loaded, reloaded, reset, master reset, but obviously not hit the right combo....and I just bet I'm not the only one. I've tried RIM and Netel, now I'm turning it over to the experts!

Tey and generate a new encryption key for the BB.

Connect it, start Desktop Manager / Redirector settings and then security. Generate a new key.

I think that will do it.

We've tried that over and over....it worked great for about 8 months then....that's why Nextel opted for the 7520....same old same old....I've deleted service books.....I really don't want to go to the web client but it looks like I might have to.....

Basically you have these options:
* Re-send service books
* Recreate your encryption keys for the redirector/BES
* Get and use dbclean.exe on your computer as somewhere the old encrption key is still being used..
