He's a new member with 5 posts total, and he called it "Blackberry Bold Tour". I always cringe when somebody can't even be bothered to get the name right. I hope it works out because the price was sweet. But that's only if you actually get the BlackBerry.

Ya, called and talked to him on the phone on the first day. I was skeptical too. But I seen on eBay they were only going for ~$230, so I thought it was reasonable.

I'm not overly worried. I have done a lot of transactions on eBay, and other forums. I know how to handle myself.

Paid via PayPal with a credit card. I'd get my full amount back and have his credit rating tarnished in the process.

He claims it was shipped Monday (or Tuesday I don't remember).

It may very well have been, and it hasn't arrived because of a custom delay or something. He needs to get the tracking # so I can check that, and call UPS to get it freakin' delivered.

The "Details" and "Price" section had it correct.

Also, he sent me a picture of the unit. Even put my actual name on a piece of paper...

I didn't really consider the fact of putting "Bold" in the title because he spelt "Dallas" as "Dalas", LOL.

Still haven't heard back btw.
