Are the newer 7280s with the metal bezel (not the 7290) PC4 or PC5?

Correct the newer 7280 Blackberry's have the aluminum/metal like bezel around the screen.

Powerclass ratings.. PC4 or PC5. PC4 outputs up to 2Watts on 850mhz...PC5 outputs much less power. PC4 can therefore get better signal in weak areas.

Yea.. PC4 / PC5 is a big thing for Rogers use since their implementation of 850mhz. PC4, you can reach a tower as far away as 25km if it is tuned correctly...which is the case in say Collingwood.
