Default Please tell me why I shouldn't send my BB back!

Please help. I'm very frustrated. I got my BB 7250 (w/Nextel) a few days ago thinking it would be this great device with all kinds of neat features but so far it seems like more trouble than it's worth and I'm thinking about sending it back. The instructions are confusing, the browser only allows me to view text and not all web pages (and I'm paying an extra $50 per month for this?). I somehow was able to set up email but it is VERY slow and I can't open attachments (not even a .jpg file!). For those of you who have more knowledge about this device (pretty much everyone), can you please tell me if there's something more to it? So far, aside from the email, I don't see that it does all that much more than a regular phone?

Thanks for your input!

You need to go to the website and download the newest software, verison 4.x

Then you need to look through the FAQ section on here because it explains how to do all the things you're asking

Wow I had the totally opposite experience. Recently got a 7520 through Nextel (I assume you meant 7520 and not 7250) and I absolutely love it. I do agree on the instructions thing though. They are crap and I can't believe RIM being so successful did not make a more in-depth manual.

That said, I really didn't need it after a while because I basically learned to use the unit on my own. I would say play with it for a few more days before making a decision to return it.

Good luck, and you're in the right place if you need any help. Everyone on here seems to know quite a bit about BB's!!
