I got the following message on a 7520 BB:
uncaught exception: process net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(1816) killed due to message queue overflow.
What does this mean and how do you correct this issue?
Usually just hard reset the thing will fix it, could also clear event log before doing that (on home page, and type L G L G. Then click trackwheel and clear log.) If that doesn't work, theres two options. Since that error refers specifically to the Address book, you could create a backup, wipe the address book of the blackberry and resync, or reinstall the software on the blackberry.
I beleive this is happening on 7730 ? it happens if you were in the address book and doing something there and in the middle of this you got a phone call. I have seen this. I did the deleted the address book and then re-synched the address book. If you restore the address book then you might get the same problem because some entry in the address book on the device coule be corrupted.
Reloaded the radio handheld software and got the same thing only with a 102 error. I then reblasted the application software and it was stuck on the same screen Error 102. Hard reset and it is working fine now.
