Default BlackBerry Enterprise Server with MDS services

hi everyone,

I am new to this blackberry work and loving it, I am giving support to some companies for BES and now one of them needs to run a web developed app for blackberry and want to push them to their blackberries.. for that MDS services must be run, they are using BES Express for lotus and I am new to this and can’t find anything step by step that how to start and where to end. Anyone can help?
