HELP ME!!! I lost my 6280. The device is still on and is connected to a BES at work. I have my 7250, but the 6280 is still active. Any way to track its location? I did a search, but could only find a page on GPS tracking that didn't really answer my question. Any help would be appreciated.

Track not really but you sould do the following ASAP if it is running. 1. have your BES admin send a kill request to the device. 2. call your carrier and have the PIN/IMEI listed as lost/stolen. If the device is found by someone else who plans to keep it (thankfully it's a 6280!) it will be rendered useless.
it's funny that people like this don't think to call your ISP or your admin... that should be the first person you call, there may be valuable company data on that device.
Actually I did call them, and the incompetent rep told me nothing could be done. Once my company help desk opened I talked to them and they dealt with it. As for company data, it is password locked so I'm not too worried about it.

The rep told you nothing could be done to find your device. Not that nothing could be done, like suspending the phone number. With a sim device, the sim could be removed and put in any other device to make phone calls, to anywhere in the world.
