Default BES10 iPhone EAS mailbox error

Hello,

we have completed a BES10 evaluation environment and we traded up a few old licenses via EZ PASS programme. Now we have silver licences and try to configure an iphone device with an MDM activation profile. The activation succeeded, the EAS mail folder created but when we go to the mailbox, we get an error "Cannot Get Mail - The connection to the server failed".

On the exchange, active sync is enabled. And on iPhone, when we go to EAS account and retype the user password, we get the error "Exchange Account - Unable to verify account information".

Does anyone have overcome this problem?

With BlackBerry the devices are routing the traffic through the BES and then to the Exchange server. With IOS/Android unless you are using Secure Work Space then the devices are attempting to connect to Exchange directly. Is the Active Sync CAS publicly available?
