LUGZ, that covers half of what rambo is telling you to look at and try, now look and see if the connection symbol on your phone is showing as EDGE, or edge, is it showing a 3G, or 4G connection ? If your phone is not going on line, or you cannot connect to a data service just call your carrier and have them check your connection to your BIS, and re-send your service books.
