Default 2 problems after upgrade

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I have 2 problems after upgraden to V 4.6.0.247

First my e-mail on the device doesn't sync anymore with the webmail it is linked to. When that inbox is empty (downloaded to my outlook) the e-mails stay on the blackberry e-mail. Also if I delete incoming e-mails on the blackberry e-mail they still keep in the webmail inbox. Both were fine before the update and I didn't change the settings

Second, also quite anoying: If I would like to reply a e-mail on the device and press reply I can only save the e-mail as a draft and not send this reply! Only if I forward a message it is sending e-mails.

How can help me? Appreciate your answers!

I agree, try resending the service books. If that doesn't work, then delete the email account and then re-add it.

Thanks guys now I'm getting somewhere!

Another thing which is not working is downloading attachments. It says it cannot find the Service Book Records!

How can I resend the service books?

log in to your carriers BIS page
and click the resend service books.

I believe going to options - advanced - host routing table
menu - register now, may repush the service books too.

I deleted the mail account and added it again; everything works now as it should do!

Thanks for your advice
