Default 8520 Curve Not sending email

Please Login to Remove!

Hey, please help, I don't have the send option on my bb. It used to be there a while ago, but now when I received an email and wanted to forward it to my friend I saw the send has disappeared...anyone know what I need to do?

Do you still have the BB data plan activated on your account?

Have you tried a battery pull?

Is this a personal account or a work account?

If personal, try resending the service books, if that doesn't work, delete the account and re-add it.

All instructions can be found in the FAQ.

Yes data plan is activated, and I have removed the battery too, but still no send option. I am going to try the next step. thanks

It is my personal account. It used to send email before. I am going to remove the email account and re-add.
