Downloaded Link to computer. Leap connected to computer via USB. Link says device not connected. Tried the reload default settings button. No change. Still says not connected.

Tried BB Blend. Selected USB connection tab. Blend sits there in perpetual wait mode. Tried Start again button. No change.

Help appreciated. Thanks.

Link is a pain in the butt but ty a different USB port. Some ports don't allow two way data on some PC's
Another thing is when the main screen opens wait then connect the BB. If it still shows nothing make sure your B is unlocked.

Follow these steps:

Kill the BB processes using blackberry.
Uninstall all the BB software from UPC
Clean the registry using a good software and also clean the cache files.
Now reboot your pc and bb.
Turn off Mass Storage and Charge Only option. And also, install the drivers, if it asked.

Hope this will work for you.

Uninstall the software on the computer, download the software from Blackberry and install. Worked for me!

Both device are good, base on user interest, its depends on the feels that you want and your favourite, girls like iphone because of the camera........and i like blackberry becuase of the internet speed..........
